A private practice law firm in Liverpool is offering an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its friendly and highly regarded Commercial Property Team.
Typical Duties Include:
Leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals
Drafting and approving leases
Undertaking necessary searches
Due diligence (enquiries and title investigation)
Utility company easements and transfers
Exchange, completion, and post-completion-related correspondence and formalities
