Duties Include:

• Taking initial instructions from clients and progressing their cases to conclusion
• Managing all aspects of matters using available reference materials and colleagues’ knowledge
• Providing legal advice tailored to the client’s needs and the type of matter handled
• Giving precise instructions, including dictation, to support staff and others

Candidate Specification:

• Experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Company and Commercial work, and Employment law
• Ability to act as Head of Department
• Capable of developing and managing your area of work and department effectively and profitably
